Join us in congratulating License Partners, Ken and Kandyce Meierling, on renewing their franchise agreement of Engel & Völkers Jupiter for another 10 years!

Ken Meierling first launched Engel & Völkers Jupiter in 2007 and already renewed once previously in 2017. Since opening, Engel & Völkers Jupiter has set new records for Jupiter Island, with an average sales price 150% more than the market average of $952,542. A couple of his most notable transactions were the sales of Jupiter Island's largest Intracoastal parcel for $13.5 million and 440 South Beach Road in 2015, which went for $38 million in less than six months. Ken was also recently inducted into Private Office, a prestigious designation of the world's top 2% of Engel & Völkers advisors.
