We're excited to announce the merger of our franchisees, Marcie Bolt and Ryan Fischer's entities. By joining forces as Engel & Völkers Melbourne, the pair creates a unified presence in Brevard County to grow their overall market share. 

Marcie converted her previous brokerage, Tropic Coast Realty, by joining forces with the global real estate franchisor in 2018; it was renamed Engel & Völkers Melbourne Central. She expanded her presence in 2020 with another location called Engel & Völkers Melbourne Beachside. Her real estate experience spans more than 18 years; in which time she has represented over 1,000 transactions, totaling more than $250,000,000. Prior, she had a successful career in the food and beverage industry as the owner of a local restaurant. In 2019, Ryan purchased Engel & Völkers Melbourne Downtown from its previous owner, Garat Oates. In 2023, Engel & Völkers Melbourne Downtown will reopen at a new address somewhere in the city's thriving downtown area.
