We're pleased to announce a name change that unifies the majority of our presence in northeast Florida. Franchisee corey_hasting operates six locations in the area, including Amelia Island, Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach, Ponte Vedra Beach and San Marco; they will all now collectively be referred to as Engel & Völkers First Coast. The decision was made amid Corey's continued expansion throughout the region. 

Before joining forces with the global franchise brand, Corey consistently ranked among the top residential real estate agents of northeast Florida and was awarded numerous accolades while previously with Keller Williams Realty. Since affiliating with Engel & Völkers, he has recruited over 111 top-producing advisors who represented over 1,100 transactions, totaling close to $700,000,000 in sales volume this year alone.
