#fbf-As I am nearing the end of this intense discipline journey of 75 Hard (HSE) “Holy Spirit Edition”… I am reflecting on significant moments during the process that transformed my mind in a significant way.

THIS ☝🏾IS ONE OF THEM FA AHO!

On day (17) as I started my required outside second workout… it was beautiful outside 🌅….10minutes in…a freakin’ Hurricane 💨🌊 this rain was violent—-it felt like I was getting beat up #nocap

As I was about to retreat…I decided that the “rain” was NOT stronger than my “resolve.”

I completed that workout a different man than the one who  started it…believing that no storm is meant to make me STOP—-they are always meant to make me STRONG! 

I just want to encourage you—-Your storm is making you STRONG!
