DROP IT LOW & PRAY THRU THE PAIN 🙏🏾💪🏾🥴

mrs.natalietodd was complaining about how bad this squat shuffle with the band hurt at the end of our pretty intense workout… I naïvely encouraged her to do one extra set, thinking it wasn’t that big of a deal… Until she challenged me to do the same thing…easy😏…I thought😳 

I severely underestimated the totality of the task at hand.🥲

Here is the lesson that was illuminated through this torture I put my lower body through…on TA-DAY!

Criticism & Celebration are much easier from the sidelines… Get in the game and GAIN understanding… Your distance is fueling Your Ignorance.

Needless to say mrs.natalietodd YOU ARE A beautiful BEAST❤️💪🏾…I am proud of all the work you have been  putting in (seen and unseen)
