FU - I’m talking about forgiveness 

Has your loved one hurt you, betrayed you or let you down?

That kind of thing can get into your oneness and start making it feel like twoness with the quickness 

As much as we don’t want to believe it, we are all human and we all need forgiveness 

Day 19 is about picking up after you were let down. You see it’s so easy to not fully forgive especially when you’re living in close relationship with somebody say after day 

Today take a survey of your heart to see if you have something you haven’t been able to quote let go of! 

Sincerely, say the words, “I forgive you.” And let it go
