#whymiraclewednesday Carolyn Rostkowski, a rising junior from Winter Park, FL. Through her family, Carolyn has found a strong love and passion for this organization. She is the Morale Co-Chair for Clemson Miracle 2021-22! 

“My Aunt Lisa fought breast cancer with strength and courage for four years.  Quickly, the best part of my day became helping the doctor administer her shots and sitting at her bedside while trying to understand her doctor’s report at the hospital as an eight year old. From the moment my Aunt Lisa passed away I recognized that my life calling is to become a PA specializing in pediatric oncology and found the organization that I hold close to my heart and honor her through, Clemson Miracle. Every day I want to be the uplifting spirit of hope and happiness within the children’s lives. I want to provide the families with the treatment and equipment that their child needs in order to provide them with the quality care that they deserve. Even when I am older I want my work community to be engaged through unifying actives that boost morale to fundraise and achieve our overall goal that is being for the kids while witnessing the first-hand the difference that we are making. Today I fight for the kids because each child that walks through the doors of the hospital should be given an equal chance to fight.”
