If you’re from the Northeast, you may remember sipping on raspberry lime rickeys as a kid. They were sweet and tart - the best treat on a warm spring day. We aren’t sure why we haven’t seen them on a menu in years - but we think they deserve a comeback! Here’s our lighter, brighter take on this nostalgic New England classic.

🍹Minty RasLime Rickey🍹

Ingredients:
- zest of half of a lime
- 1 tsp agave
- 1/2 fresh lime, squeezed
- Raspberry Lime Spindrift
- Ice
- Raspberries, lime wheels, and fresh mint for garnish

Directions:
Zest 1/2 of your lime into a glass. Add mint, lime juice, and agave then muddle together. Fill the glass with ice and top off with Raspberry Lime Spindrift. Add fresh raspberries, lime wheels and a sprig of mint for garnish. Cheers!
