At Spindrift, we love the foodservice industry, restaurants, & small shops. They are where Spindrift got its start. They gave us a shot when we were just starting out, giving away samples from the trunk of Bill’s car. The foodservice community saw our vision and welcomed us into their businesses. We are forever grateful and are committed to supporting them now. As part of our #FridgeGoals giving campaign with idlivesimply siggisdairy Butcherbox, we’re giving back to an incredible cause that impacts so many people (and businesses) in each of our communities: restaurants and restaurant workers. We’re donating to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation. As the COVID-19 crisis persists, restaurant workers are coping with many challenges like unemployment, job insecurity, and poverty-level wages, and more. The rwcfusa COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund supports the restaurant community through direct contributions to individual restaurant workers, non-profit organizations serving workers in crisis, and providing zero-interest loans for restaurants to get back up and running. We are so proud to support rwcfusa’s important efforts to improve the quality of life for foodservice workers and their families - especially as we head into the winter season. With our hosts, we will be matching your donations up to $4k to go to RWCF. We hope you’ll join us in supporting this important cause.
