Be There in a 'Sec
Ingredients:
· Spindrift Lime
· 1.5oz gold rum
· 1/2oz fresh lime juice
· 1oz simple syrup
· 2 dashes of bitters
· 2oz prosecco
· fresh mint
Directions: Muddle simple syrup, lime juice, and several mint leaves in a mixing glass. Add ice, bitters, and rum. Shake until cold. Strain into a champagne flutes or coupe and top with Spindrift Lime and prosecco. Cheers!
