Sparkling Hemingway Special
Ingredients:
• Grapefruit Spindrift
• 2oz white rum
• 1/4oz cherry liqueur
• 1/2oz grapefruit juice
• 1/2oz lime juice
• 1/4oz simple syrup
Directions:
Shake together ice, grapefruit juice, lime juice, rum, and cherry liqueur until cold. Strain into a stemmed coupe and top with Spindrift Grapefruit and a small wedge of grapefruit. Cheers!
