Ingredients (makes 2) -
· Grapefruit Spindrift
· ice
· 1 oz rum*
· 3 oz cherry liqueur**
· 1 oz fresh lime juice
· 4oz hibiscus tea
Directions:
Add lime juice, ice, cherry liqueur, rum, and tea to a shaker or mixing glass. Shake or stir until cold. Strain into coupe glasses. Top with Grapefruit Spindrift. Garnish with a flower or tiny wedges of grapefruit.
