~Sparkling New York Sour~
Ingredients:
· 2oz bourbon*
· 0.75oz simple syrup
· 0.75oz fresh lemon juice
· Lemon Spindrift
· red wine*
· ice
Directions:
Add ice, bourbon, simple, lemon juice to shaker and shake vigorously until chilled. Pour into rocks glass over ice. Add a quick pour of Lemon Spindrift then top with 1oz of red wine. Garnish with a lemon peel. Enjoy! *Omit for mocktail & try with pomegranate, grape, or cranberry juice instead of wine.
