After much anticipation, the beautiful new edge_eatery has soft opened at 1572 Central Avenue in the EDGE District, on the ground floor of the Fusion building. The sparkling new space features three unique food concepts and a full cocktail bar in its main cafeteria, plus an upscale lounge hidden behind the eatery area, giving it a total of five different venues.

The three food concepts bring authentic Cuban, fresh-made Italian, and traditional Colombian to the EDGE District. The hidden gem in Edge Eatery is The District Lounge, the upscale listening room and lounge tucked away behind the main hall.

Edge Eatery will celebrate its grand opening on July 15, after which it will be open morning to night. Until then, it opens at 11:30 am daily, with The District Lounge open late Thursday-Sunday.
