Swipe ➡️ to see more behind luchoacosta17’s wonder goal vs...Well, you know which goal I’m talking about.

This was one of the moments where it was physically hard not to throw my camera in the air and go crazy. It will probably be the wildest sports moment I will ever witness live, and I’m certainly glad I was there to capture the moment to relive it over and over again. Such effort from both Lucho Acosta and waynerooney to make this happen in the dying minutes of extra time that lasted FOREVER (seven minutes). I float around each match to try to capture different angles, and it just so happened I was in the right place at the right time. I’d usually go towards the field entry point at the other side of Audi Field so I could grab some photos as quickly as possible on the pitch after the whistle. Why didn’t I this match? Maybe I felt something was coming, or maybe the crowd was just loud so I stayed put in case something happened, or maybe I just didn’t feel like going to the other side yet, I don’t really know. Not to mention United are usually attacking the other side during the second half for whatever reason. Things just lining up again. The hardest part to capturing awesome moments is showing up.
