This Tuesday we get a look behind the scenes of the Ruane Friar development center and Innovation Labs’ mindfulness room. This room houses 5 sleeping pods where our girls can relax, meditate, and nap in a safe, calm environment. Social distancing never looked so cool! #mentalbreak #recharge
