Upon moving to America, he has a passion and love for Japanese cuisine and an authentic bowl of Ramen. My uncle started Fujiya with the founder of the ramen shop he had worked for in Japan, the Yoshida Family, a father (Minoru) and a son (Zen). Minoru worked for more than 40 years making delicious ramen in both Tokyo and its surrounding Japanese prefectures."⁠ ⁠ 🍜 What is the inspiration behind Fujiya Ramen?⁠ "It is the passion to be able to share and spread the authentic homemade ramen that inspired my uncle.
