Meagan is a certified 200 hr yoga instructor. Her passion for yoga began in college where the practice was purely for exercise. As she deepened her practice, she found herself practicing not only for the physical benefits, but the mental & emotional ones too. As a yoga instructor, Meagan wants to guide other yogis down their unique path to achieve the range of benefits of practicing yoga. Expect a mix of spirituality, self awareness and a burn from her classes. Meagan is also a reiki practitioner, tarot amateur and lover of all things nature! ⁠

What gets you excited to go to work every day?⁠
"Knowing that I’m helping people & creating a safe space for growing and healing. The serene look on peoples faces after a yoga class or reiki session fills my heart." ⁠

What's next for you?⁠
"I was recently certified as a breathwork facilitator so I’m working on incorporating more breathwork into my yoga classes and maybe get some classes or workshops on the schedule."⁠
