"I had been a member of the SweatNET in Seattle and fell in love with the concept. I never looked at myself as someone who could own her own business but when I saw the owner in Seattle I literally thought to myself, "she looks like me, could I do something like this?" so when my husband and I moved to Pittsburgh I just went for it! It was perfect as a transplant because I felt like I was creating a community of people just like me, who wanted to meet friends with similar interests in a safe, supportive, non-judgemental environment. ⁠

SweatNET offers a place of discovery and community within the Pittsburgh fitness and wellness space. We host 6-8 monthly pop-up workout events around the greater Pittsburgh area where we partner with studios, gyms and instructors that already exist. This gives our members a chance to try new things and see what they enjoy and hopefully can build a routine that works for them. Our members also get access to our perks program where they can save at over 80 Pittsburgh health and wellness businesses!
