#MeetTheElite, Tammy L. She has been part of the Elite Squad for almost 1 year!

"As a Pittsburgh newbie coming from FL, I love that the Yelp Squad has provided me with opportunities to explore the city, support local businesses, and most of all, meet a bunch of amazing and cool people! I truly feel a sense of community with Yelp Elite Squad."

Fun fact!
"I was captain of the women’s foil fencing team in college. I also have a German shorthaired pointer(siggi_the_pointer) who I’ve trained to do over 20 tricks!"

Some of Tammy's current fave spots are:
theparlordimsumpgh-As a Cantonese-American, I love that Roger Li has opened a true dim sum and Cantonese BBQ restaurant in Pittsburgh. My favorite dishes are the chicken feet, BBQ duck, and shrimp chueng fun! 

tsaocaapgh-Tsaocaa is my #1 go to for boba tea in the city. They have so many unique flavors which are all amazingly tasty. I always get the passion fruit mango and the taro milk tea.

meckafitness -Mecka is a gym that offers a variety of workouts (boot camp, high intensity interval training, yoga, CrossFit, etc). All the instructors are wonderful, friendly, and well trained. I love the shower facilities and steam room, and that they also provide clean towels. My favorite class is the 6AM boot camp with Lauren - she’s so awesome! 

gristhouse-This is one of my favorite breweries in town because they are super dog friendly and have a variety of sour beers, which are my favorite. Not to mention, there is always abundant seating and they have a rotating food truck schedule. 

Ginza sushi This place is my go to for sushi take out. They have so many delicious rolls and a plethora of sashimi and nigiri options. My favorite rolls are the Tuna Mountain and the Ginza roll! 

Toniccoffee.pgh-This small, independent, woman owned coffee shop is a must! The ambience and vibes are so relaxing and aesthetically pleasing. Not only is the coffee amazing, but the owners are very welcoming and nice. My first tonic coffee drink experience was here and I absolutely have fallen in love with it.
