"My name is Dr. Ryan Wakim and I am one part of the ownership team at saludjuicery Salud Powered by Mana. As a psychiatrist with a passion for disrupting the norms and innovating around them, I decided to lean in heavily on the idea of whole body health & wellness including the concept of the human biome or mind-gut connection. This concept, simply put, is you are what you eat as an adage you have undoubtedly heard before and you will get out of your body what you put into it. Salud is the brainchild of that passion project and I couldn’t be more proud of where it is today, and where it is going!⁠

We sell a multitude of health products from juices, smoothies, bowls, shots, and our local neighbor laprimaespresso for coffee! We have three locations currently in Pittsburgh; Shadyside, Sewickley, and our newest location in Hastings/Charter Homes Community in Bridgeville. ⁠

We are definitely most excited about our rebrand, "powered by mana" which exemplifies the spiritual strength of empowering your mind, body, and soul by nature. We collaborated with Breland Almadova who is natively from Hawaii. He exudes the mana way every day and is helping us create new mana menu items that will eventually be incorporated into our existing menu."⁠

"We are excited to expand locations within Pittsburgh more immediately and then more broadly across the US from here.
