"I started my yoga business because I love sharing yoga with others. I felt that Pittsburgh needed some different styles and options for students to explore and I wanted to build a yoga community. ⁠
⁠
We teach Vinyasa Krama sequencing methodology and offer full experience in every class, including meditation, breathwork, flow, connection, and music. ⁠
⁠
We have two locations: The Om Lounge East Liberty and The Om Lounge Strip District. Our studios offer a lounge for community, tea, and boutique for browsing. We are a dedicated yoga studio and while we teach Vinyasa Krama daily, we do offer restorative practices, reiki, meditation, slow flow, and advanced practices as special events, pop-ups and workshops."⁠

Fun Fact!⁠
"The Om Lounge was named after I went on a birthday trip to New Orleans with some friends. We were discussing my dream to open a studio on our way to dinner and as we rode down a glass elevator, we saw a restaurant on the street named OHM LOUNGE (similar but different). It was a sign that The Om Lounge would soon be birthed."⁠

What's next for you?⁠
"I am creating more advanced training for yoga teachers in our area which is lacking. Teachers need continual education and support to be able to provide the best possible experiences for students. I am excited to introduce these new curriculums and even begin to teach other schools how to teach the way we teach."⁠
