“Think about reviewing your career on a periodic basis,” says Pam Scott T'75, the first Black woman to graduate from Tuck. “You may start somewhere you like or don’t like, but don’t think that’s where you need to stay. I would always assess my situation and say, ‘Where am I? Am I happy? Where do I need to go and how I am going to get there?’ You have to do that introspectively.”⁠
