In honor of the 25th annual Tuck Diversity Conference, the DivCo student co-chairs asked members of the Tuck community to reflect on 25 years of #TuckDivCo, and the importance of diversity to the school’s success. This week, we’ll be highlighting three “Women of DivCo” in honor of Tuck’s other milestone anniversary, #TuckW50, leading up to the official start of DivCo on Friday! We're kicking off with Betsy Winslow, associate director of the MBA program!

“The Tuck Diversity Conference is a perfect example of the ‘fabric of Tuck’ at work,” says Betsy. “It provides potential students a chance to see our students working together to promote a cause that is important to them, while having fun and supporting each other. I have been assisting with this conference for 13 years. Throughout that time I have seen the conference experiment with different timelines, agendas, and formats. Each year the student co-chairs put their unique stamp on the program. While the actual sessions and social events may change, what doesn’t change, is the pride Tuck students take in their community, and their willingness to showcase that pride in the hope that our guests will decide to join us. I have never had a guest, when departing on Sunday, not tell me how impressive the Tuck community is, and how touched they are to witness the degree to which our students care about each other.”
