According to co-founder and CEO of The Gathering Spot, Ryan Wilson (spotonrw), it’s better to be community-made than self-made.

That’s why he and his business partner, TK Petersen (spotontk), established a home for creatives, business professionals, and entrepreneurs to gather and grow together. thegatheringspots is a private membership club rooted in community and culture, which drive its events and initiatives.

We asked the award-winning entrepreneur #WhyWeGather, and this is what Ryan had to say.

Be sure to catch our event with Ryan "In Conversation with Ryan Wilson: Making Space for the Black Community" this Friday at 1pm PT / 4pm ET. RSVP via the link in our bio.
