syracusecrunch start off their playoff run 2-0 against amerkshockey. The Crunch got on the scoreboard first on Friday, but every time Syracuse scored, the Americans responded. The two teams were tied throughout the third period, so the match was sent to overtime. Defender Philippe Myers knocked the puck into the back of Rochester’s net two minutes into OT, making Syracuse victorious 3-2.
