KARMA X SUPRFIT MURPH 
TRAINING PROGRAM

31-05-21 is Memorial Day. On this day thousands of CrossFitters all over the world celebrate the official CrossFit Hero WOD „MURPH“ and honor Lt. Michael P. Murphy murdered 2005 in a gun battle in Afghanistan.

The MURPH Workout has been released the first time on 18-08-2005 by CrossFit. Originally it was called „body armor“ and it was the favourite workout of Michael P. Murphy.

For this years MURPH CHALLENGE we collaborated with Germany‘s fittest man (2020) karar_margrander to help you to prepare yourself best possible for this year‘s Murph.

Because we want to give everyone the chance to take part in this great event, Karar created a 4-weeks training program for three performance levels:

➡️ WOD (Original)
➡️ INTERMEDIATE
➡️ BASIC
