We’ve got a brand new Strava challenge for you to join. 

Yoga and Pilates instructor @sashaalexmorgan has created our newest Make Life Richer challenge centering on yoga-based stretching, specifically designed for runners.

Sasha will lead a 10-minute yoga class every day for 7 days. All you have to do is join our Strava running club, select yoga as your activity and log your 10 minutes every day.
