#ChefLamon  This is my version of the classic Peruvian dish: ceviche. At nativokitchenbar we dice the vegetables, we squeeze the limes, lemons and oranges per order, we serve it with a spicy sweet potato and we top it with puff rice. Want to learn how to make it? I will be participating in one of chefnininguyen ‘s virtual cooking classes this Saturday!  She’ll be making some pretty mean fish tacos as well! See you then !!

A los vegetales los cortamos en pequeños cubos, a las limas, limones y naranjas las exprimimos a la orden, lo servimos con un puré de papa dulce picante y lo terminamos con arroz crocante.
