California white sauce wings 🔥 No joke these were fire in every way! I was thinking of doing an Alabama white sauce but decide why not give it a Cali twist 🤷🏾‍♂️ Lemon juice instead of vinegar and throw in some cilantro and you’ve got a perfect pairing! Crazy simple and guaranteed to please your palette! Recipe below:

RECIPE:
🔹 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 
🔹 1/3 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 
🔹1/2 cup kewpieusa Mayo 
🔹 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
🔹 salt and pepper to taste 
TO MAKE: add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust lemon and salt and pepper as needed.
