Writing a tell all book was not easy but I made a decision with the intent to touch move and inspire other women who had dealt with things I  had experienced. 

I wanted to be a voice to women who are silenced by fear, shame and guilt. No one can judge you, not even yourself. We are not perfect, I’m far from it. 

I was aware I could lose a lot from doing so and I did. I lost my career, my marriage and my life. I had to restore myself and rebuild myself. 

But the end result was glorious. Writing a book is not the hard part. It’s publishing it and being ok with the criticism, the hate and the bad vibes that will come your way
