Progressive Super Nuclear Palsy (PSP) is believed to affect at least 20,000 people in the United States. Unfortunately, there is currently no treatment. 

Rep. Jennifer Wexton (D-VA) took the House floor utilizing a text-to-voice application to speak with PSP, a degenerative brain condition she was recently diagnosed with. Wexton is the first person to deliver a speech by text-to-voice in Congress's history.
