It's Mental Health May and Indiana University is committed to ending the stigma around frank conversations about #mentalhealth. Stigma can be one of the primary barriers to seeking treatment and support for mental health issues, substance use disorder and other health issues.
 Here, @colts Vice Chair/Owner Kalen Jackson discusses her experience with stigma and the campaign the Indianapolis Colts started called, "Kicking the Stigma," which focuses on normalizing the discussion of mental illness and other stigmas the community faces.
