Riding Low! Meet the winner of the #HotWheelsLegends Tour in El Segundo, CA: Javier Covarrubias and his 74’ Chevy Impala “Glasshouse”.
 
This lowrider caught the eyes of our judges from its SoCal style and hand-painted pin stripping, to the subtle design tweaks like the modified headlights, digital dash and the 42" moon roof cut out from a Lincoln.
 
To Javier, being a legend is to be the best at what you do and stand out while doing it. That’s why this ride checked all the boxes for us:
