INGREDIENTS
The Great Jamaican Bitter Lemon
1.5 oz of gin
#Grapefruit slice

PREPARATION
In a shaker, muddle the grapefruit. Add the gin and fill the shaker with ice. Shake thoroughly and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top off with Bitter Lemon.

1,5 oz de gin

PRÉPARATION
Dans un shaker, écraser le pamplemousse à l'aide d'un pilon. Verser le gin, puis remplir le shaker de glace. Bien agiter. Filtrer le contenu du shaker dans  un verre rempli de glace. Terminer avec le soda amer au citron.
