INGREDIENTS
1 oz brown rum
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orgeat syrup
0.5 oz of Monsieur Cocktail's lime elixir
0.5 oz The Great Jamaican Bitter Lemon
Orange zest, for garnish

PREPARATION
In a shaker, add all the ingredients except for the Bitter Lemon. Shake well with ice. Top off with Bitter Lemon. Garnish with the orange zest.

1 oz de sirop d’orgeat
1/2 oz d'élixir de lime Monsieur Cocktail
1/2 oz de soda amer au citron The Great Jamaican
Zeste d’orange, pour décorer

PRÉPARATION

Dans un shaker, verser tous les ingrédients, à l'exception du soda amer au citron. Bien mélanger avec de la glace. Compléter avec le soda amer au citron. Décorer d’un zeste d’orange.
