If you’re just getting into photography this is a great tip to remember. The time of day is one of the most important factors to think about. Roughly speaking, the best natural light of the day is within the first hour of sunrise and the last hour of sunset. We call this Golden Hour! To avoid harsh lighting during the day, I’ll look for shaded areas like tunnels, bridges or parking garages. This also gives the opportunity to capture two completely different photos in one day. ⁣
