Raveraide was created because we believed the EDM community deserved a cleaner & healthier alternative for staying hydrated at music festivals. 💦

We have a deep passion for holistic health, and discovering various tools we can use to unlock higher levels of consciousness, motivation, and overall happiness in life. 

In 2023, one of our primary goals is to share more of these tools & hacks on our page, so that members of the EDM community can learn how to feel like the best version of themselves each day.

🧠RAVER HEALTH HACK (part 2) Avoid industrial seed & grain oils to unlock more energy, mental clarity, and motivation! 🔐🤯🚀

Seriously, if there’s ONE nutritional rule of thumb that you can go by that will make the biggest overall difference in your health, it’s avoiding any foods that contain industrial seed & grain oils like the ones mentioned in this video.

Beyond avoiding the direct negative health consequences of these oils, you’ll also be consuming a lot more whole, unadulterated foods as a bi-product. 🌱🍎

Start looking for these oils on nutrition labels, and opt for brands that use avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil instead.✅

🤔Pay special attention to these oils sneaking into seemingly healthy foods such as:

❌ Peanut, almond, or other nut butters
❌ Roasted/flavored nuts (look for DRY roasted instead)
❌ Hummus or dips
❌ Salad dressings
❌ Granola
