Checking out the new Spring menu at my favorite Peruvian spot in NYC, artesanony in Tribeca! 🇵🇪 

Great spot for date night or a group dinner, the menu is featuring inventive and unique Peruvian fare by rodrigofernandini! 👨‍🍳 🇵🇪 

Here are my favorite new dishes on the:

🐟 ARTESANO CEVICHE:
Catch of the day, octopus, fried calamari, rocoto tiger’s milk, chulpi, choclo, sweet potato
🐙 OCTOPUS: Lima beans, chimichurri, aji amarillo dust, botija olive emulsion

🥩 BEEF ANTICUCHO: Filet mignon skewer, anticuchera sauce, potatoes, choclo, chimichurri, aji amarillo, botija olive emulsion
🍖 SECO NORTENO: Braised short rib, cilantro sauce, heirloom carrots, sarza criolla, Peruvian bean purée
🥘 SEAFOOD RISOTTO: Octopus, shrimp, calamari, mussels, arborio rice, bisque sauce, parmesan cheese, tiger’s milk foam

🍨 POTATO: Chocolate and quinoa crumble, chocolate cake, lucuma Ice cream, chocolate mousse, cacao
