OVC Championships Day 1 Recap🏆

🔺Women’s 10k - FRESHMAN Zoe Seward captured her first OVC individual title of her career🥇 and junior Katie Winkler runs a massive PB to score some points with a 7th place finish!

🔺Men’s 10k - Freshman Alex Nolan gets the men on the board with a 7th place finish in his debut 10k.

🔺Women’s 1500 Prelims - Both Emily Rempe (sophomore) and Emma Thompson (junior) advance to the final on Saturday. Freshman Sara Livingston closed out her season with a PB in the prelim as well!

🔺Men’s 1500 Prelims - Brady Terry (junior) gets the big Q and advances to the final on Saturday with a 59 second last 400.
