ICYMI, last month we chose hawahassan's "In Bibi's Kitchen" as our pick for our cookbook club, and this is how we #cookmunchies from her lovely collection of recipes.⁠⁠

We were drawn to this beef suuqar (roughly translated into Arabic, suqaar means “small ones”) because it's a simple and quick meal of small pieces of meat and vegetables — it's aptly described as a Somali stir fry, which totally checks out. ⁠⁠
