I swear I can’t take it anymore, I can’t see this happening over and over again and the whole world is watching silently. I tried not to watch the news for my own mental health and tried to keep praying that the situation gets better but it’s not. My people in Jerusalem are being killed, are being ethically cleansed, tortured and the whole world is silent. I am tired of telling people that Israel is an apartheid state, I am tired of sharing news about Palestinian getting killed every day, I am tired of rewatching flashbacks of the war play in my head over and over again, I am tired and exhausted for not being able to see my family for 5 years+ just because I’m Palestinian. I am exhausted of trying to scream while no one is listening. Please speak up, please share the news of what’s happening, do something about it. Even if every one of us is exhausted we will not be silenced, we will keep screaming until our last breath. What’s happening in Palestine now is another Nakba, they’re forcing us to leave our houses and stealing them. Imagine someone kicking you out of your house after a life time of all your memories! imagine losing the house you grew up in, imagine losing the window you cried at for hours at night, imagine losing your room where you laughed with your friends till 3 in the morning, imagine losing your life just because you want to keep your house, the place that you call home. Imagine seeing your friends getting shot and your mother bleeding in front of your eyes. Imagine living with trauma your whole life without being able to let go as it still haunts you every single day as a Palestinian. Imagine for a second your worst nightmare coming true, imagine your existence being threatened EVERY SINGLE DAY OF YOUR LIFE!
