It’s time for another recruiting tip! • Let’s talk pre-tournament emails! If you are interested in playing college lacrosse, it’s important to remember that recruiting is a two-way street! As a recruit, it’s up to you to get your name on college coaches’ radars when they attend tournaments. • Here are some tips for writing a pre-tournament email! 1) include your name, grad year, club team, and jersey number in the email subject so the coach can see all your information without even having to open the email 2) make sure to include your full tournament schedule AND field locations so the coach can easily find your games 3) be sure to include your preferred contact information so the coach can follow-up 4) ALWAYS say thank you and show your appreciation to the coach for taking the time to read your email and watch you play • There you have it!
