Abby is from Maryland Heights, MO and played 2 years of highschool lacrosse before moving on to spending her time getting her undergraduate degree and playing lacrosse for Illinois Wesleyan University. Her favorite memory is going to the NCAA Division III sweet sixteen her senior year! 🔥

Our coaches are a huge part of the 410 West Lacrosse community and experience. We believe in bringing in coaches that fit our beliefs and values as a club and love sharing their incredible knowledge of lacrosse with upcoming athletes. You’ll notice our coaches make up all different levels of collegiate lacrosse having played at the Division I, II, and III levels. We are excited to share more about each of these coaches to help you get to know them and our club better! ⚡️
