A double sided weekend for Gabriele Mini in Monza: he took the flag of the opening race in first position but was then demoted to P10 as a result of a five-second track limit penalty. In Race 2 he climbed on the second step of the podium. Bad luck in Race 3 as he was pushed off track and was forced to retire while fighting for the lead.
