A difficult season finale for Giuliano Raucci at Monza

Giuliano #12: “It was another unlucky weekend. In Friday’s tests, we had some troubles in finding the right set-up of the car, but we improved a little bit in Saturday’s practices although we lacked a bit of speed.
In Qualifying 1, I hit a bump and I broke the front wing. We changed it for Qualy 2, but we put too much downforce for this track and I couldn’t be competitive.
Started from the back in the first two races, I was able to make several overtakes and I recovered up to 13th and 15th respectively.
15th at the start in Race 3, I was in the top 11 when I was involved in a big crash caused by an early brake from another driver. It’s a shame because I could finish the season with a good result.” Photo: Giovanni Cuna
