## Caption

Today, our athletes had the opportunity to speak with and learn from Jaquarius Wilson and Micah Clemons, coaches at the University of Montevallo in Alabama.

They learned about what student-athlete life is like at the collegiate level. Both coaches expanded on the value of discipline when it comes to both athletics and academics.

Wise words from some wise men! Thank you @jumpscoachj & @_micahclemons_ ‼️🙌
