Saltbrush Mother’s Day $300 giveaway! This one is for the ladies! 🎉

We (boisewithkids and hellomeridian) headed in for an early Mother’s Day at saltbrushboise. We had the absolute best evening. Obviously the space is gorgeous. Elevated yet warm and inviting. The menu is ingredient driven, seasonally inspired and changes often. They focus on local products and use local produce wherever possible. The intentionally of their dishes is clear.  Every bite was delectable.

We had received some suggestions for what to order and we were definitely steered correctly.

⚫️ Sourdough Masa Flat Bread with Idaho lentil spread

⚫️ SaltBrush Salad - Vertical Farms lettuce, fennel pollen, citrus, buttermilk dressing

⚫️ Wood Fire Asparagus - cured egg, hollandaise, sourdough crumb

⚫️ Pork Cabbage Rolls - nem nong, crispy shallor, pork broth

⚫️ Boise River Lamb lamb skewer -
farro, spring vegetable

⚫️ Mibrasa Broiled NY Strip SRF NY strip - dashi mashed potato, chimi chili crunch

⚫️ Handmade Tagliatelle pea ragu - parmesan reggiano, olive oil

⚫️ Not sure names of the desserts. It was a chocolate cake and a Pavlova with curd.

⚫️ Cocktails - Old Fashioned, Kangaroo Thorn,
Prairie Smoke

We will be dreaming of this meal for a long time.
