Workout classes can be expensive, but did you know there’s a citywide fitness program that offers FREE group fitness classes?

@shapeup_nyc has free classes across all five boroughs, from yoga to Zumba to strength and more

Classes take place in both indoor and outdoor locations like rec centers and @nycparks, and are for all levels. No membership required, just sign up!

I went to the Strong Nation class. There was strength, cardio, abs and more. It was a great workout!
