Welcome our next speaker, Chief Prosecutor Stanley Elkins!!

Stanley Andre Elkins, a lifelong resident of Trumbull, Ohio, began his legal journey after graduating from Warren Western Reserve High School, where he played football and baseball. He continued his education at Defiance Collegewhere he lettered in football and track, earning dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology. Elkins pursued his dream of becoming a lawyer at The The University of Akron School of Law, graduating in 1984 and being licensed in Ohio in 1985. With over three decades of experience, he currently serves as Chief Prosecutor of the Juvenile Division at the Trumbull County Prosecutor’s Office. Actively involved in his community, Elkins contributes to various organizations, including the Raymond John Wean Foundation and City of Warren Police Department and Community Trust Initiative. He has been recognized for his outstanding achievements and leadership, earning induction into multiple halls of fame. Elkins resides in Braceville Township with his wife, Patricia Hadden-Elkins, and their three children, JaLisa, Sharea, and Andre.
